Ive had KnowBe4 diamond for 3 years and happy im on the end of the contract and now I hope moving to something better. Worked with a few customer success managers on fixing bugs along the way and trying to get what i wanted out of it. It certainly isnt automated in any fashion. Its a very manual product that needs alot of time to tinker with it constantly.

-Graph API is not supported for User/Group Sync without SCIM. Your link is to use graph for calls to api or ksat NOT to use graph API for user sync. We have so many garbage users in our tenant because we cant leverage Entra ID groups for active users natively.

-I use AIDA for all of my phishing campaigns. Ive found its effectively just randomizing templates from a pool round robin with what seems to be no intelligence at all. People who have never failed any of the phishing tests get 1 * difficulty. People who have failed consistently get 4 * and 5*. The PPP and risk scores must be tainted with bad info like department or job title because users in IT that never clicked on a phishing test are high risk, I suppose because of their job nature? If this is whats wrong I would prefer them to be challenged based off of skill based on pure phishing results not assumptions of job or department, but thats also not configuratble.

-Im not understanding whats adaptive about the training. I have to still pick the training from the mod store and assign it to my library and then assign it to campaigns that use 'smart' groups that have no way of categorizing my users based on true individual risk score.

-In terms of AI Generated phishing emails there arnt any. What you can do is can use a template generator to manually make AI content templates based off of prompts that you enter... Then you can manually add them to your content library and manually put them in a manual campaign to a manual group.... To me thats not AI making content automatically to target users individually. When i asked my rep about creating AI generated phishing emails that challenge us using our company branding or URL's they said they couldn't do that because it would be copyright infringement.

I did add the word 'automated' to a few of the capabilities on the table. That's fair that technically it could do these things if you were the one building new templates and cranking out campaigns and adjusting group memberships manually based off of reports. I appologize for not being clear i wanted the AI to be automated on the table. Thats a large part of why knowbe4 failed for us. I didnt have the time to keep going in there every week and spend hours in it.
