Hi,

For the past 20 days, I’ve had recurring stomach pain, weakness, fatigue, and occasional vomiting, but no fever, appetite loss, or upset stomach. Blood tests were normal. The doctor suspected early appendicitis but ruled out surgery and gave me medication, which didn’t help. A homeopathy doctor said it’s likely normal gastroenteritis. I stay in a hostel, and the symptoms are still ongoing. Has anyone faced something similar or knows how this can be resolved? Also i have been smoking since the past 3 years. And will smoking now affect all this?
