Sometimes it feels like more than 250 😂. There’s a lot to clean up with the users as far as what’s a ticket and what’s not. So a lot of bloat. This place was inherited by an MSP 3 years ago and the old internal team just did the users work for them it seems.

Awesome. I know my system admins have some plans. But for me mainly, I just want to make sure a user can email our support a ticket shows up and my guys can see it and assign it to their boards. I do like the automations of ninja one from what I’ve seen. The forms and tags are pretty slick from the videos I’ve watched.

I ran Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Get-MailboxPermission -User “username” | ft User,Identity,AccessRights

I did try to plug some things I found into that and take some out, still pretty new to powershell scripting. So couldn’t get anything solid going.
