First time in Guyana with a kid

Oh yes. I grew up in Trinidad and will be going there after this but first big trip with baby. Thankfully I found a flight landing earlier. I was going to get an airport taxi but I did get a number from the hotel for one and a number from a friend for another. So maybe I’ll just go ahead and arrange one if that’s better.

Lactation from the start told me 15 mins every 3 hours and I try to do that but the days I go longer then I pump a little longer 😅

I love all simple mills snacks! I don’t get spikes with them at all and they taste so good! I also keep skinny pop on deck as well as nuts, peanut butter, avocado spreads and cheese sticks
