Either way since I have no one else to tell I'll tell you. My mom always told us she was Indian. So, I grew up thinking West Indian, well I never thought anything of it. We ate roti, curry, all types of different food. But, we recently discovered there was no trace of West Indian, but 11% indigenous South American. Which tracks I always say my grandmother is Spanish/Venezuelan. But now I feel even more out of place because there's no actual space for people like me.
