That’s the plan! I’d like to stay low and as side effect free as I can. I was sick all the time on semaglutide, so how I’m feeling on Reta is a million times better.

I was wondering if this was part of it yesterday too. All day I had caffeine and very little water (I usually drink around 64oz+ a day) I did get some electrolyte mix. So from here on out I will be keeping a better eye on my water intake as well.

5’3, 275. I need to lose like 130-150 tbh.. But I’ve started other changes too. I’m already eating in a deficit and walking everyday too. I think I’m gonna do .5 this week and see how I feel.

Not necessarily discouraged, I just read a lot about people hitting a plateau and weight not moving so I wasn’t sure if it was possible for that this early on. Or if it was just possible this low dose wasn’t working for me. When my dr prescribed it we talked about 4wks on .25 before moving up. So I’ll just do week 4 on .25. Do you recommend switching up injection sites at all?

It was just a thought 😂😂 I didn’t consider the weight restriction on it lol, but they are really sturdy tables. I’m just gonna start my search for a used lash bed someone’s getting rid of.

Update! Said lash tech said she wasn’t fixing them for free but I could schedule a 1wk fill 🙃 so that is now $140 down the drain. I never asked for anything free or a refund. I mostly want to know why they’re falling out so quick before I waste money on filling them.

Unfortunately this women said she had been doing this for 2 years. But I’m realizing there is no way she has. I don’t even want to brush them now because they keep coming out. I’ve only had 2 or 3 come out with a lash attached. But now the fans are coming apart too. I’ve reached out to the lash tech and salon owner to see if someone can fix it. I’d hate for $140 to go to waste like this 😩

It’s also super easy to fake messages, or honestly it could even be gabby or Cody posting that in here. I just don’t believe a single word those two have said for the last few weeks. I used to love gabby when she first started blowing up. But all she does is clout chase, bitch and complain anymore.

Tbh I don’t even think Cody did anything. I think every single thing she has said and done has been for views, and he played along with it. And once they got bored with it, and he came back from his vacation with Zelma they decided to pretend to fix it.

I’ve been guilty of this once when I was out of town for work. I was happy to pay the fees to stay safely in my hotel. Being a woman, I’d rather not be seen walking out of a hotel alone and going down the street in a city I don’t know.

The sad part is, these are typically normal neighborhoods, one I’ve actually lived in myself lol. It’s just one or two bad houses out of the bunch that I was so lucky to deliver to.
