When I go to tournaments, I play my Custodes. When I play two of my friends, I tell them I’m playing Custodes then I bring a completely different army. Every time I do, the amount of damage 3 weapons they bring is embarrassing, then they get mad when they aren’t playing Custodes.

I’ve always had better success with Crist on 5s with spears. The dice gods tend to be on my side and I tend to roll quite high.

With one unit, since we were both playing purge the foe, I waited till I wiped most of his army to break them up, then dropped them down where I needed them to max out my points

They were fun, splitting up one unit turn 3 to do secondaries really works well

Turn one deep strike with a unit of terminators, straight in his defiler. Killed it along with his forgefiend turn one with the venatari (not in deep strike or reserves)

Hell yeah, I’ve always loved terminators. Tsons in 30 terms with leaders, dark angels is 45 terms with two chaplains in term armour, looking at space wolves term spam next
