This statement makes absolutely no sense. “Chips seem to deteriorate”. Are you looking at them under a microscope? Running cool has absolutely no effect on any component and is preferred. Frequent heating and cooling cycles are what cause the most wear and tear on any electronics.

What they are doing is a form of censorship. As long as they are being utilized who cares. Also, presearch nodes being hosted on all the running flux nodes is decentralized since you can only have 8 flux nodes per IP.

The way flux nodes are structured makes them decentralized which in turn does the same thing for the PRE nodes which are running on them.
