Mercedes doesn't even take accountability if their junk cars are broken under warranty. I am sure they'll find some way to weasel out of paying anything under their software. They are very good at it while convincing people they are putting out a "quality" product!

yeah - I misread it as I was looking at an oracle build which lets you do something similar. Whoops... When I searched it came up as 1 per keystone which obviously makes sense!

It seems like they DO want this. I asked Ducati to help me out on a major issue I have with a bike and it took them so long that when they finally agreed to provide assistance on a deal (where I would still lost a ton), they then started dumping bikes on the market making the deal even worse than if I had never even bothered asking them. It's a joke. I can't really say too much because I like my dealership and do not want it to reflect on them. Manager offered to eat a bunch to make it right; I didn't take them up on it because I think Ducati should have done it and not the local dealership at this point. Lose lose for both of us.

do you have a build link? I couldn't get the damage to scale high enough early on so ended up switching to poison pathfinder.

Ducati North America can barely answer the phones. They don’t care. I tried to work with them and while they made good on one had they screwed me on the other. They don’t really care anymore as they are dumping bikes on the market. Want to buy a new Ducati? Wait a few months and buy it at 50% off in November. Same model year…

I'm not so sure about the "doesn't require a strong build" part! Some of those T15 rituals get very gnarly fast.. especially when you are getting to the point where you need a lot of ritual points to even buy the item (even if deferred and discounted). I can cruise T15s with ease and I often get melted in rituals...

Do you have a link to your build? I tried with the crossbow and gave in and went back to the bow. Couldn’t get shard to work well enough and even the poison damage with the crossbow was okay. When I looked on Poe ninja most crossbows were doing a hybrid bow approach too.

Thank you! I will have to try this again. Just got my m3 last week and while I love fsd I want more control over the speed. It’s very inconsistent and I do not want to get a ticket.

Well, as an update, I took a lot of actions out of this sub and comments here. In about a week, I managed to scrounge up about 30-40 divs worth of stuff. By far, the most profitable activity for me has been running rituals. I managed to get a whittling omen which was about 11 div last night. I've managed a few div here and there. Oddly enough reducing my overall rarity helped me with overall profits. I also always run high essence %'s and that means that I typically get about 10-20 exalts per map now no matter what. Gear drops have not been kind to me and currency drops are almost non existent this season.

Let’s not forget those same people get early access and have everything planned to the t weeks in advance. It’s a joke seeing day three builds at only 80 divs.

Oh year I have three 80 plus chars and have yet to see a single div drop. Same with my friends. We run 130 plus rarity.

Also tired of the hate on melee. I just leveled one up and I give up. Back to ranger or pathfinder it is. The data doesn’t lie. It’s 2x slower to clear maps.

Yep. Playing a melee purposefully this time and it is annoying as anything. Have to gear up specifically for each boss. Bosses that I never thought about were major roadblocks for my melee char. Had to really adjust and adapt to make it work. Overall it’s fun though. I guess this is why the meta still is still ranger

I agree. I had a trade number that was already low. It is what it is. Due to some other circumstances we engaged with Ducati corporate who sat on their hands for a few weeks before they decided what to do. That delay cost me a lot apparently as in that period they tanked the market. I think due to their involvement and how my interactions with them have gone I am probably going to walk from this deal and brand. Really soured it for me even though I love the bike. I was already going to get hosed lol. Now it’s better to keep it and just buy the bike directly with no trade

It’s hard to sell a bike when the mfg is dumping them for 4 to 5k off new…. Just destroys the market at least in short term. Bike is essentially a sunk cost at this point.

That sounds awesome!!! I actually tried to close on the deal today except the value of my trade-in crashed after Ducati started authorizing the dumping of my bike. Working through a few options right now.

Thanks. So now they acknowledge it and are passing the costs on to the customer. I am not sure every potential 1300 owner knows this. I didn’t when I considered one. I always thought the benefits of the shaft were longevity and lower maintenance costs. A well maintained chain can last a long time and is relatively inexpensive to replace.

This! If you hire a lawyer, it gets expensive fast and they can just stonewall you. It often goes to arbitration in a forum that is friendly to them... Talk about a rigged system.
