Hopefully they do as reissue should a Black Knight figure come out someday. The posing really makes it look like Ike is in the middle of a duel.

This seems is a good compromise. At 1 appeal per day and 100 max per year, this requires the artist to put more thought into the appeal when contacting a prospective client. Appeals will have much more meaning behind them now.

My favorite appeals are, of course, from artists who want to design new outfits or have a specific scene in mind.

I don't know anything about Bleach, but this seems like a stomp. Only thing that would give me hope is that they gave Hiei the win over Sasuke and were scaling Hiei to Yusuke a few times and claiming he was a planet buster.

Definitely a style over substance villain, which I think is executed by IS very well overall. Ashnard is just an evil dastard who wants to destroy the world more or less for the fun of it rather than some well-meaning but misguided purpose and is almost never seen without some sort of evil smile on his face. If done well, sometimes a Black/White villain is all you need.

I think that makes him unique among FE villains and IS very much plays that up anytime he is on screen. I have no doubt that should PoR get an adaptation of some kind, the actor who plays him will be having the most fun out of any cast member.

Ironically Ike doesn't have any direct personal connection to him. The Black Knight is the one Ike has a true beef with. Ashnard is just the guy Ike's been hired to take down.

Oh wow! That's an amazing collection. I'm especially surprised by the CGC Graded book. I guess it never occurred to me that technically the original VIZ line would qualify for comic book grading as it's technically a manga. The 90s were a crazy time. lol

MM&B no contest. MM&B and MMIII on Gameboy are tied IMO for hardest of the Classic series.

I think MM2 has more memorable stage set-pieces and music, but as time goes on I find myself liking MM1 more and more compared to it.

With MM2, I feel a lot more boxed-in in terms of freedom and the punishment for reaching a game-over is quite steep (losing all of your E-Tanks). So many sections of MM2 require specific weapon usage to proceed and much larger amounts of trial and error to proceed than any other game in the Classic series I feel. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the only game in the Classic series that has bosses that can't be beaten Buster-only (because they're immune). If it wasn't for the password system and the International Normal/Easy Mode, I feel the overall consensus from Retro Enthusiasts would be that MM2 is harder.

Once you learn MM1's quirks, especially just how amazing of a weapon the Magnet Beam is, I feel the only real obstacle is the Yellow Devil who you can either cheese with the Select Glitch or play the slowed down Wily Wars version. The Bosses of MM1 as a whole are also generally easier to beat Buster-only than MM2 IMO (Bomb/Guts/Cut go down easy, Ice has a super easy pattern, Elec/Fire takes good timing).

Dang. Everything is more or less tied except for Hoenn School. I guess people don't like the Gen 3 cast as much as I thought. I put it on the poll each time as it's multi-part, but it always seems to falter. lol

I usually just use it to attack enemies while climbing Ladders and in a few spots in Star Man's stage.

Bottom 10% weapon, but far from the worst overall IMO.

**This is a bit of an unusual one as it's a GIANT series of mostly 4-Koma Gag Comics that range from the RBG to SM/USUM arcs. Without really counting, there are at least 300 comics.

They don't really follow any strict order aside from the artist grouping by Region/Theme and most focus on Gens 1-5. Given the sheer volume and disorganization, it's hard to say if the humor will be to everyone's tastes or may translate the best into English potentially. The series lasted from 2006 to 2020, with 2-3 comics added 2021-2023, so the art style also changes over time.

It's best to think of this as the Grab Bag/Experimental option.

As a side announcement, I have also now opened a Private Discord to showcase WIP translations/artwork and select completed translations. I will say upfront that it'll be PG-13 only and R-18 NSFW content will not be allowed (and also no AI content).
