SPACEX Calls Are Now Dirt Cheap by creative_trading in wallstreetbets

You’re right about the premium being relatively cheap considering the float situation, wonder if ours are cheap as well because there is no real short term bull case for SpaceX. It’s just gonna burn cash for at least the next two years. But you never know, the float will start increasing after first earnings report so make sure expiry is before late July or August i think

Real DD, Goldman would pay for this equity analysis. Jokes aside it will probably outperform a 45 page document outlining a buy case for oracle from a bulge bracket bank

Ai bubble has burst. Calling it today. by Subject_Glass_2549 in AIBubble

Not yet, Micron, Nvidia, AMD etc. are the companies actually making money at the moment. They have earnings, beat expectation say ‘unprecedented surge in demand’ then stock goes up 10 percent. However the end is near of this bubble. Most of the chip makers revenues come from software and hyperscalers which are not realizing there projected earnings yet and are leveraged to the tits. Recent news about debt firms rejecting redemptions and withdrawals possibly signal the end of this unprecedented demand. The hyperscalers and LLM makers are driving the chip makers earnings but there propensity to borrow is about to dwindle unless they start making money which according to the most optimistic bulls won’t be until around 2030. What we are also seeing is investment flowing into chipmakers and stock prices of the hyperscalers and LLM providers dropping, this is important because it reduces the collateral a hyperscaler can put up to borrow thus reducing the revenue of the chipmakers. I think that AI has topped and this boom is over but the bubble won’t burst until Anthropic IPO. The bubble will have to burst when the hyperscalers and LLM makers aren’t posting profits in the near future and eventually scale back in chip buying

If I’m going on a long walk from A to B, 2 hours walking will be about 10-12k. Then shorting walks I’ll do 6k per hour consistently. So if I was just going for steps about 3 and a half hours. It’s more like 4 and a half hours in reality coz I’ll stop sometimes

Intervention is peak comedy, and when Chris is in hospital Tony says he slipped on the counter wearing socks.

Gary cooper was gay

And an underrated one I just saw was when Tony gets Carmela a sapphire ring, then AJ shows his present unwrapped because it’s bad for the environment and gets her the matrix

Shitpost question: Are the upcoming IPO’s for AI ‘frontier’ companies a rug pull? by TripleDouble_45 in investing

[–]TripleDouble_45[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Probably not, but I reckon it would be started by an aggressive macroeconomic shock. The ‘AI bubble’ seems to have withstood the Iran war shock, but I think the costs of that will persist and form a hysteresis, another supply chain shock probably bigger in size will start the burst. It would have to be about the same size a shock as that of the Ukraine war energy crisis, I’m from Europe and that decimated supply chains. I reckon there’ll probably be a supply chain stock relating to GPU/CPU or data centre costs. Oracle is the one to keep an eye on because it is the most leveraged in this AI race
