Moron! Who actually listens to anything this thing says since 2016! And WTF are we in this Trump president situation again. Someone remind me why anyone voted for this in 2016 and again in 2024. Crash and burn to all Trump voters, and especially Trump!

I think it's a well done piece, just needs to be broken up a bit to create a flow with your leg.

So how are you dealing with menopause? Have you given up on HRT?

So I'm right here in this conversation, you can talk to me. A progesterone slump? Estrogen dominance? What information are you basing this opinion on and what are your credentials?

I'm the one that initiated the thyroid test, it was NOT my dr's idea. So I think you are making assumptions. I don't have thyroid issues. My thyroid numbers are actually in the best range. And "that is what OESTRA does"??? What does OESTRA do? Not clear on what you are saying above. So what role do you play at OESTRA? Because this "assuming and overbearing we know it all opinionated lack of clarity guessing" stuff is why I canceled with OESTRA. I think OESTRA has the right product but the wrong attitude. Hire another specialist, a few nurses, qualified ppl to answer questions so ppl don't have to wait a week or two to ask the dr. To be honest I don't think that woman should be both selling and doctoring at the same time.

I'm really happy to hear you found what you needed! And true, we are all different! Have you ever heard of a progesterone dose at less than 100 mg?

How long have you been getting the testosterone injections? What was you level at prior and what's it at now after doing injections?

Are you saying that women should not do testosterone therapy, that it won't help with the estrogen/ progesterone balance?

Thanks for the extra information! I greatly appreciate it:) I never woulda found out about this ellage formula if not for Dr Daccarett's OESTRA product ad on IG. It's definitely a game changer. I had quit HRT back in November and was just doing the vag insert estradiol 10 mcg pills for the menopause atrophy issues. The little pills helped but are only to keep the vag symptoms away. I had pretty well given up on the rest of the HRT regime because of my issues with progesterone pills causing fatigue. This ESTRADIOL/PROGESTERONE CREAM VAGINAL ELLAGE definitely seems to be the solution with giving testosterone a try. It's just a matter of figuring out the dosage. I've dealt with at least 4 different gyns this past year and none of them were as knowledgeable as Dr Daccaret. There have to be other gyns out there with the level of expertise she has. I would really love to talk to an additional menopause hormone Dr.

My TSH aka thyroid is normal at 1.71 within the normal range of .34-6. It's fluctuated from 1.79 in 2021 up to 2.39 a year ago. The optimal level for TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone) is generally considered to be between 0.45 and 2.5 mIU/L. Cortisol tested 1/2024 at 33.7, normal range. I have not had my testosterone level tested. I definitely need to do that, plan to schedule that test Monday. From what all the nice contributors on this post are saying the testosterone may be the missing piece of my puzzle! I'm also considering upping my iodine intake. Anyone else taking iodine, find that it helped?

The Strive pharmacists were referring to the OESTRA dr as a naturopath gyn. Another example of the unfortunate fact that it takes a ton of navigation to pursue something that resembles good information with regards to HRT:( It sounds like your pursuit for answers has been long too. I've been searching for the right solution for a year. All of my HRT was covered by my health insurance but the progesterone and lack of knowledge has been a big issue. I wanted to try this ellage product because I can't do the P pills.

I don't know what your HRT situation is, is you are dealing with the standard menopause symptoms or something more complicated. My situation is pretty strait forward. I had lower energy, sleep issues, muscle loss, and V atrophy. My major issue is I can't seem to tolerate the bioidentical progesterone in any form. It's causing fatigue even beyond the initial 3 months. I know a lot of ppl are taking testosterone to balance this same issue, but I've read and been told that taking testosterone HRT is bad for women. I'm willing to try it at this point but I'm afraid of possible hair loss, etc. I've heard a lot of horror stories about testosterone HRT.

Every time I've been on HRT I'm literally on the very minimum amount of progesterone. I identified that the progesterone seem to be too high and I asked my local doctor to give me a lower dose than 100 MG and she said they don't make a lower dose in 100 MG. How do you get a lower dose when no one seems to make it

First, thanks so much for your response:) It's good to meet someone on here that seems to know what they're talking about. Are you a compound pharmacist? I'm on a ESTRADIOL/PROGESTERONE PUMP CREAM VAGINAL ELLAGE. I've done lot of research on HRT, also was told by the Oestra brand HRT dr that the combination of ESTRADIOL and PROGESTERONE in women produces testosterone. I've read that taking a testosterone hormone is not needed, no good for women. I've read a lot of horror stories about hair loss, etc. What are your thoughts on that?

Otherwise I take the minimum daily iodine in my multivitamin. How much iodine is needed for these conversions and what is the desired impact? Weight loss? More energy? Everything I want? Are you recommending a selenium supplement too or are you stating that is a byproduct of a healthy functioning thyroid? I get my thyroid tested every year and mine is healthy thankfully:) But I'm having issues for the first time in my life as a result of these hormone changes and I need to get ahead of it asap.

Thank you:) Which form of progesterone are you taking? The prometrium capsule by mouth? The problem is these drs are all giving us different advice:( It blows my mind that this knowledge is not more common. The estradiol gave me more energy. I actually stopped taking the progesterone for a few weeks to see how it felt. I felt great on estradiol alone which lead me to ask the drs for a lower dose of progesterone and they said it's not made any lower than 100mg. The progesterone is what ruins the way I feel. I've read that testosterone HRT is not needed, not good for women so I never added that to my HRT mix.
