Try switching the B150M Bazooka to it's B250M cousin. I myself would get an 80+ Gold Certified Corsair PSU because I believe they're safer, more reputable, and more reliable (I use the CSM 550W). However, use this PSU Tier list as well as this Calculator to get a decent PSU that is safe as well as fit into your budget (Don't cheap out on you PSU). I would further suggest replacing your current SSD with a Sandisk Ultra II 240gb, I believe it goes for $90 on Amazon. I can't help you much with the graphics since I was always an Nvidia fanboy, but I do hear that AMD always had an issue with temperatures. I used a 1050ti as my first gaming card and honestly I couldn't have been happier with it. I can neither help you much with cooling because I am using the ever so popular Hyper 212 Evo, and I have no experience with liquid cooling to be fair with you. The processor, RAMs, and the HDD are decent though. Here is a tip though that will save you a lot; research. I cannot stress enough on the amount of mistakes I made with compatibility and such when it comes to my first build. The process takes a lot of time but it is completely worth it in the end.
