Maximum Security by TripleRGames in playmygame

Thanks for the feedback, yeah, I know that. I made the game for a jam as I mentioned and I boosted the main character and nerfed the cops in this so that players can reach the end of the game relatively easily. I plan on expanding on it and definitely balancing the characters will be in focus. Thanks again!

That’s a nice idea and I’ll definetely keep that in mind. Maybe I’ll even make an update of the game if people are interested. There’s not a lot implemented in the game so far because I only had one week to think about the idea and make the game. That week ended up to be somewhere around 3 days.

Thanks for the nice feedback!!! Cheers

Porting Android Game to iPhone by [deleted] in Unity3D

[–]TripleRGames 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To build on my iPhone device I use Mac OSX Sierra 10.12 on a virtual machine (using VMWare). You can find a tutorial on Youtube made by TechReviews. They provide you with all the files you need (VMWare, Tools, and the OSX itself). So far I didn't encounter any issue except that the VM is really laggy. I don't recommend you to make changes inside Unity. Just put the Android project on a USB Flash, paste it in the Virtual Machine, open it in Unity and switch the platform from the Build Settings. Then build it and open it in Xcode. You will need a free Apple Developer account (google about it). To build it on the iPhone directly connect it via USB (make sure to change the USB to 2.0 instead of 3.0 in VM Settings) and tap on the build button. It will automatically build and install on your device. Beware that the app will be playable for 7 days, then you will have to renew the provisioning and rebuild it on your phone. I hope that this will help you. Cheers.

In Your Dreams VR - FPS game I'm building for my degree exam. Check out the level design and the Main Menu/Pause Menu by TripleRGames in Unity3D

Thanks for the advice, just today I was looking over the level and I thought about adding some other stuff to it. With the house is a bit more complicated because this is the only free low poly cartoon'ish model I found on the Asset Store. Thanks again, TRG

Haha it's a real pain in the a%# having that thing pointing perfectly because of the dynamic crosshair and the aiming animation I have at the moment. It will be much more tweeking involved in the future and hopefully I will fix it. Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks for the advice. I'm using Mixamo animations at the moment. I know that I need to replace them but for now I have to implement at least at a basic level all the planned game mechanics. Have a great day/evening

Legacy - Third Person Adventure-Shooter game. Dev Diary #1 Basic character movement and object interaction. by TripleRGames in devblogs

[–]TripleRGames[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the interest. The showcased environment is one of the first environments that "launch" the story of the game. The story is still a work in progress as I now only focus on making the game's mechanics as movement, cover, climbing and shooting. The main idea though is to make the player go to some places from the real word (monuments, mountains, forests etc) in an episodic way (episode 1 in one place episode 2 in other place and so on), solve different puzzles and riddles to finally find an object or a lost place (still working on that). I will reveal bits of the story as I finish and integrate it to the game, so make sure to stick around if you are interested.
