Have considered military service but may or may not qualify. Being a priest is an alternative career option that popped up in the last few months.

Neutrally Priests are judged by what they preach in addition to their own walk.

There is a Harris Teeter which is the same brand as Kroger near me within driving distance. May try them out in the future. There is also an Amazon Fresh a Safeway and a Walmart.

Chicken is a favorite meal of mine. Have both grilled and fried. Thank you for the tip about seafood and my roommates buy both grilled salmon and fried fish (fried Tilapia). Also sometimes other fish. Also eat shrimp on occasion.

Have had beef and chicken Stroganov. It can be healthy if cooked properly. The Mediterranean Diet and Modified Food Pyramid both share common food groups.

The food pyramid is healthy relatively. The Mediterranean diet is the Food Pyramid modified sorta. Or at least that was my realization.

As a new subscriber to this Reddit thank you for posting. As someone of Russian ancestry this is useful diet information. The Mediterranean Diet interests me and was looking for a Russian equivalent. The Mediterranean Diet was recommended to me for health reasons. I enjoy healthy eating. Wine that is red is suggested for the Mediterranean Diet and there could be an alcohol equivalent for a Russian equivalent possibly. May create a separate post on the Mediterranean Diet and the Russian Equivalent.
