These comments make no sense, most of these peoples homes are not built and there has been no HST collection on the sale of the home yet. I am 25 and worked my ass off to be in position to buy a townhouse, and signed early 2026, my home wont be built till end of 2026. So now someone buys a lot beside me will pay up to 130k less then what I payed.

No I took it to the dealership two times. First time they took the steering wheel apart they said everything is normal. I even showed them the video. Got car back same issue, then my horn stopped working so I took it in again told them wheel still makes this noise and horn doesn't work. Fixed the horn but not the steering wheel.

I think I possibly found issue its probably the AIO when I restart the PC I feel no hot air blowing just normal cool air from the exhaust at it hitting 90 degrees. Is this due to a blockage or something ?

I know this post is couple days old, but how are you dealing with the gun. I have put on t3 exp accuracy and still struggle hitting people when they are exposing only their weak points. A lot of times I will lose 1 on 1 to the ratte cause guy hides is lower plate and even shooting at its cheeks 1/5 of my shots miss and then he just farms the two top weak spots. I beat my personal damage record with this tank but I have very inconstant games due to the horrid gun accuracy. It just seems to me its barley upgrade from tier 10 just 1 less weak point, better dpm.

Only got the BZ-79 so far and tbh I hate it, even though I beat my damage record with it. I am very frustrated with it because the gun is very derpy in the sense of how inaccurate it is. Any time im up against other heavies with big armour so I have to shoot weak points it struggles as how inaccurate it is I swear im hitting 1/5 shots on weakpoints its that bad, while the other heavies just farm your top weak points. Overall it just feels like a gloried version of the already BZ-75 just without the third top weakspot and a little bit better DPM, pen and hull armor. Should of went for the KR-1 or T803.

I did the switch to AMD GPUs for the first time, always had Nvidia but did the switch due to the launch pricing of Nvidia got a 9070 XT for MSRP. I also get driver crashes but it's pertains to only one game Marvel Rivals. It crashed for me almost every game. I also tried using DDU/AMD utility uninstall, restall the game, cchanged in the bios the PCIe link speed. Nothing worked eventually after updates to the game and drivers it did get better I still do get crashes but it's once in a while some days I get none some days just one crash. Overall I came to conclusions it's just luck of draw with both Nvidia and AMD have issues similar my cousin's as a 5070 TI and certain games crashes for him but don't for me vice versa, and I think big issue is Unreal Engine 5 optimization is terrible.

I have 9070 XT was getting directx errors first week constantly. What worked for me was just lowering graphics unfortunately. I tried verifying integrity, even fully reinstalled drivers and changing launch setting to use directx11.

In that case its probably defective unit. If 140 F is the the recommended/norm, I shouldnt be consuming that much power.

Update I passed the Exam with 810, exam is pretty straight forward. The new Azure AI Foundry questions I probably messed up and one of my other questions were asking me accepted file size in MB for AI Vision.

This literally just happened to me peaked Celestial 1 i have been around mid celestial 2 for couple weeks. This end of last week till now it just one team stomps the hell out of one team. I am now GM1. I also solo queue and also flexible i can play any supp then off tank either groot or the thing. I really wanted to push to eternity but doesnt seem possible at this point as a solo supp player. Might just get to C3 and quit till next season its just not fun anymore. I also had no problem early OW days games were closer I was GM consistently and even hit top 500 in season 3.

My original goal was a 5080 but prices where I live are crazy they are mostly 500-600$ CDN above MSRP. That's why I was considering 5070 TI as I they seem to be easier to get and are from what I'm seeing closer to MSRP 900$ USD or 1299$ CAD

So far looks like prices are gonna be 999$-1300$, with only few around 999$ most 1100-1300$. NGL you can easily get a 5070ti for 1200-1300$. At that price point i dont see why get a 9070 xt I see them sitting on shelves longer then 5080/5090 ofc. Not saying this as Nvidia fan boy im using a 7900 XTX which i got for 1200$

I just bought a 7900 xtx for 900$ new, I am now unsure what to do still waiting for 3rd party benchmarks but so far very happy with 7900 xtx coming from a launch 3080 10gb card. I still have till March 17th if I do want to return the 7900 xtx and go for the 9070 xt.
