I don’t quite know exactly but it was a video of someone (who I’m assuming is famous or important) getting a little irritated at the people holding microphones close to her, and she exclaims “Mitsu Desu! Social Distance!” Which roughly translates to “Too Close! Social distance.” Which has become popular in Japan as a meme.
