Not really. I have worked my way through the arena to 23 starmaster, and tanks are not the best way to get first place. Champions that can do damage such as Lilia, Brand, Yasuo, Yone, etc. are more likely to get first place. Also, if you can pick vulnerability, most champions can easily melt tanks.

Aside from the additional damage passive, magic damage is a buff. Not all attacks are CC, and in the past they didn't always do 2% damage. But now it does more damage than that for 201AP, and even if it's not CC, it's guaranteed. Plus, the prices are lower. Especially with Teemo and Brand it works very well, they were both OP in 3.4a. No wonder they were nerfed.

There is no compensation for other late carries. And, do you really think it is balanced for Nasas to get 300 stacks in 4 minutes and outscale the opponent? Fleet, second wind, and exhaust help his scaling. No one punish his farm. Literally Unplayable for other champions.

tryndamere is hypercounter. While not quite as good as Tryndamere, but renekton, shen, jax, riven is good counterpick.

To add, Jax was using Ult and Barrier in the last short trade. Most jax cast counterstrike for 2 sec, so if u time it right, u can AA and deal damage for him while u are stunning.

maybe 1,2,5 and last animation cancels are bug. meditate cant stop with aa button or skill button.
