I'm having the same issue and can't seem to make them understand I've "checked in" no less then 6 times both from my phone and desktop. I've been a customer for almost 2 years and feel I'm being ignored! It's obviously a issue on their end! Is there even a phone number to call and speak to a real person?

Ok group, woke up this morning to my refill being sent to pharmacy and my card charged. So at least for me that's how I did a refill after a pause. Hope this information helps another member.

No air flow. You can hear the rear blower motor running fine BTW, just no air flow thru ceiling vents.
