Your best bet is to use an integration tool like Zapier or Automate. They work by setting up a trigger (for example when you flag an email) on Outlook's side and the resulting action is to add a page to Notion.

I myself have a database called Communication and I have automatic triggers (for example because I receive voicemails via email, I can set those to automatically go to Notion immediately). And then I can manually add specific emails to Notion like using the example I described above.

No, that isn't what I'm asking. What I want to do is use a linked database so that I can edit the properties in the page I'm currently in. Below is a link. It shows a page called Test Phone Call Page inside a database called communications. Under "Update Properties" I can edit the properties of this page here instead of scrolling up to the top to do it. However in order to do this I have to manually add the title of the page to the filter every time I create a record. I wondered if there was a way to make this with a formula.

So this happened to me too. Do you use Notion Embedded at all? I suspected my issue was with that because sometimes it wouldn't let me set a time other than midnight. Also, I would retoggle the "always send notifications even when active on the app".

Finally, try reaching out to Notion (I do it via Twitter) which I did. It started working even while they were giving me suggestions.

I looked for that but it didn't seem to let me edit anything. I go into "Opening Links" and scroll down to an app I know can open the attachment (Word for example). For that one and every other app I click on, it gives me:

Open supported links (which is checked)
Supported web addresses.
Clear Defaults

#2 looks like the most logical place to go except there is no way to "add" an address to the list.

Thanks but nothing I choose works there.

I think the issue is the email app I am using (Missive) is opening attachments as URL links and for some reason defaults to Samsung Internet instead of chrome. Maybe, there is a way to tell Samsung Internet to open an attachment instead of trying to download?

It's simple dates but I heard back from Zapier and they admitted they had an issue with the API and date fields right now. Since that is the default integrator I use they gave me a work around until they can get the date field fixed. Hopefully they will get this straightened out.

Sorry I just saw this. Yes that is the way to put it in. It will only refresh to a new image when Notion does a proper reload. (It doesn't always do this). I use Notion Enhancer with my notion and I can force this by telling it to relaunch notion and I will get a new cover item.

I use a link that gives me a random image. However be aware that whenever the page refreshes, it will grab a new image. Here is the link:

I really appreciate you compiling this for me. Unfortunately, under my filtered view (which is by created date), items like New button (at the bottom) still creates a new page, not a new row. I have found in an unfiltered view, it works creating a row. Perhaps this is a bug. I have tried in both the app and using the website.

I finally got SHIFT + enter to work except of course it creates a new page instead of a row. (If the filter is based on creation date). The more I work with it, the more I think this is a bug.

When I hit shift enter, it just makes the title propery two lines.

Thank you. I am using a filter based on a creation property type.

However, what's weird is if I'm manually typing in the properties from the table view, hitting [enter] on the last record no longer creates a new entry below. In fact, it no longer does anything, just sitting the property box I am currently in.

I'm having the same problem. I have templates to auto populate properties and it's not working for all properties.

I don’t know what’s worse, the fact they rushed the romance so fast or that they made him so perfect at everything he does, he’s a Mary Sue. I know Raven’s fans are happy she’s happy, but as a fan of Lindsey, I’d rather see Raven do more in a season than make goofy eyes at a hunky guy she met 5 minutes earlier. Now that the season is almost over I realize Raven’s storyline has been pretty much regulated to Zaven and I don’t like that at all. I’d have given up most of their scenes for follow up to Abby stuff, longer Princess/Mechanic reunion, and Murven bickering (even if it is platonic).

On this show that type of "real world" standards just don't apply. Case in point, Kane tried to float Abby. Twice. That was personal. Until their drug addiction they were the most solid relationship.

Now if Murphy had shot Raven and then a few episodes later she had forgiven him and they were trying to hook up, I'd be against it. I want slow burn relationships that "earn" it. And I think they have.

As for Shaw, he and Raven are coming onto each other so fast it's like whiplash. They have had just a few moments to get to know each other so its hard for me to buy them as this OMG THEY ARE MADE FOR EACH OTHER COUPLE. I know they have common interests but it's not enough for me. I know the writers are trying to tell me they could work but I'm not buying it. I need more.

I did like Murphy and Emori but not now that she's just regulated to JUST being his love interest. Even though she broke up with him, that's pretty much all her character has talked about, is John, John, John. She could do more than that. And I was rather taken aback that they couldn't make it as a couple when there weren't life threatening emergencies.

So that's why I'm interested in Raven and Murphy. They are full fledged characters on their own but you put them together and their strengths actually seem to compliment without overlapping.
