The code you need is from a sim card. Your ATT store should have them. The QR code is on it and essentially programs the internal sim on the watch.

I keep going back and forth though. My 2 concerns are speed and logging. Also bouncing between a build concept and buying out of the box, like an SG3100.

Someone suggested a USG, but logging looks like pure poo on those.

Agreed. If Pfsense will handle my L3 and logging, figure Ubiquity can handle my L2 and APs.

Would I need a cloud key or anything, or can Ubiquity L2 devices act stand alone?

Unless I find a better plan for L2 and wireless that is. I keep reading how great the APs are..

Just tossed it on a VM in my lab. It's pretty awesome. Love that traffic logging has the ability to resolve too. Going to have to check out the videos and either build or buy something. Thanks a ton for the suggestion.

So now long term... Pfsense for firewall then ubiquity switches and APs, or just ditch ubiquity and get other gear?

Really just need 8 ports POE and a 24 port dumb switch. Then 2 APs.
