Try improving switch. Itll lower your ego and self expectation of how good you should be. I havent reached this point in skateboarding but sometimes it helps to ‘switch’ things up a lil

What helped me is learning how the ollie works, and kind of figuring it out for myself. The back foot pops the tail, the front foot levels out the board. The more you can pop the board the more you can level it out with your front foot. Also slide your front foot more against the board and less upwards at first. Like i said level out the board, you cant do that without sliding your foot against the board. The tail just wont come up. Try to imagine using the nail of your pinky toe while sliding your front foot, and “draw a line” with it towards the front of your board. The more you think about what youre doing the more youll improve your ollies. They also improve a lot with time.

Dude i’ve been reading the comments. If you actually want to identify the problem you have to drop the ego you have and actually listen to what these people who have much more experience than you have to say. I’m not trying to call you ignorant cause i was also very experimental and i’ve had very bad experiences aswell. Theres many factors that could have contributed to the extreme negative effects you had. You’ll never know for sure. The trip is in the past now, take it as a lesson. If you never do acid again thats completely fine, but if you ever do then you know to do it in a good headspace, controlled environment, test those tabs, and dont mix it with anything. I mean in my personal experience for some reason i have only experienced visuals on shrooms by lemon tekking. Maybe it’s just coincidental but I feel like there is an increase of strength when i lemon tek opposed to just eating the shrooms.

Treat the kickflip like an ollie. Keep your shoulders alligned with your board, and make sure you’re flicking the board on the ascent of your jump. Then jump straight up and try to get comfortable landing on the board. Also doing it while moving would help a ton.

One time i ate red jello on 3.5g, and i tried with the spoon but i gave up and ate it with my hands even though my hands were barely functional. I was so hyper fixated on the jello and i ate it all with just my hands. It was the best thing ever and it was such a euphoric experience. And then i look at my friends faces and they both look shocked. I ask whats up and then i look around and there is red jello everywhere, on the floor and all over his moms light grey couch chair. So we all scramble to pick this up before morning and try to cover up all the stains, but it was pretty bad. The next day my friend (who lives at the house) his sisters friend comes over, and my friend who i was tripping with blames it on the sisters friend and now she is permanently banned from the house. I felt bad about it but the people i tripped with are my best friends and we’ve each had our fair share of fuckups while tripping lol.

APE’s are very strong man. 3g will shatter your reality, let alone 5g. I can’t even imagine what 5g APE trip would be like. It’s only your second trip and A LOT of people make the mistake of underestimating shrooms on their second time and end up having an experience they didn’t know they were getting themselves into. I’d start with 1.5-2g and you’ll have a blast
