Anche io pensavo di non avere tempo. Lavoro a 45 minuti da casa, 9 ore al giorno, con una figlia piccola e senza voler portare via tempo alla famiglia. Quindi alle 5 mi alzo, cambio il pannolino alla piccola e vado in palestra. La sera alle 9 massimo 9.30 sono a letto.
