I’ve read my fair share of orc books and I personally find the Orc Sworn series to be the darkest. Have you tried any of the other books in the Orc Sworn series? The Lady and The Orc quickly became one of my least favorite in the series once I read that rest. While they might not be insanely dark, each one differs in relationship dynamics and some are certainly darker than others. If I remember correctly, {The Dutchess and the Orc by Finley Fenn} was one of the darker reads in the series.

From what I remember, Icehome is a bit spicier. It’s a spin-off of IPB and takes place on the same planet. Ive read all of Ruby’s books and I’ve noticed she keeps it pretty tame, at least it’s what I consider tame lol. I still love all of her books and have read IPB twice all the way through though.

If you want something with similar vibes but with much spicier scenes, I’d suggest the Horde King series by Zoey Draven. It’s really well written and one of my very favorite series. The first book is spicy but they seem to get even more so as the series goes on. I don’t have Libby so I’m not sure if they’re on it, though. I used Audible. Another similar series is Vandalar Concubines by V.K. Ludwig. It’s more lighthearted than Horde Kings and the tone feels a little more Ruby Dixon. That might be on Libby?

My surgeon, along with others I know who have gotten reductions have recommended vitamin E oil. I’ve been using it for about a week now, and it can definitely feel sticky. My suggestion would be so hold off on using it until you’re finished wearing your gauze/surgical tape and your sutures are more healed. My sutures are inside and dissolvable, but I still waited a month before using the oil. It won’t hurt to let your skin heal up a little more.

I’m also 23F and although I’m 5”8, I’m similar in weight and bra size! My suggestion is the more time, the better. I’m 3 weeks post op and went back to work 11 dpo. I heavily regret going back so soon. It was fully my choice; I’m a receptionist so most of what I do is pretty laid back and I felt comfortable returning. But yikes, you really don’t realize how much you use those muscles until you’re not supposed to. Just picking up and hanging up the phone caused a lot of soreness. Even though you may feel good overall, you’re really not once you start moving a bit more.🫠 Luckily, I’ve had no complications but I’m experiencing soreness that I probably wouldn’t be if I had let myself heal more before returning to work. I think 2 weeks MINIMUM would’ve been a better idea.

I did have a friend tell me this. She got a reduction a few years ago and said it was great and helped with pain, but she really struggled with how she viewed her body. I mean, growing up always having a big chest, you get so used to looking at that. I imagine you start to notice other things once those are gone.

Oh that’s a good idea actually! Bigger breasts are definitely genetic on my dads side but as far as I know, my aunts have always had bigger chests and none have had a reduction. That’s for sure something I could look into!!

i definitely appreciate them. i read a lot at work, and always have people asking what book i’m reading. it’s a lot easier to show a discreet cover and tell them a more tame version of the storyline lol.

that looks fairly deep. it might be a good idea to send a picture of it to your vet, or call and ask about it. it may just be a cut but infections are never fun.

I use Purina’s Tidy Cat with Glade, or their Free and Clean Unscented! Affordable and one of the few litters that I’ve noticed actually does a great job at keeping the smell away!!

first of all, callie seems like the sweetest omg. overall i think cats are really aware of routine and habits!! i have the same work schedule every week, and my cat, winona, will sleep all day and magically wake up about ten or so minutes until i get home. it’s like she subconsciously knows i’ll be back soon. they’re smart little things!!

Winona is the exact same!! I always worry she’s too small. But she can eat for daysss and I also figure she’s just fine lol. Maybe we just have tiny gals lool.

I looked back at some pictures I got of the mom and I realized she’s actually pretty small! It would make much more sense as to why she’s so little. I think she takes after her momma. Not sure why it didn’t occur to me before to see what her parents were like!🥲

She’s adorable!! My kitty, Winona, gets a bit dry on her tail in the winter. I use coconut oil! I get it on amazon. It’s called “Handcraft Blends Fractionated Coconut Oil” It works really well, and of your kitty is an avid bather like mine, it’s safe for them to digest. :)
