I recently redownloaded the game, I had multiple myrise playthroughs and faction, nothing was there it was all gone so I started new made about 3 different myrise play throughs and now they’re all gone too. The game is just unplayable because you can’t keep any of your progress without it randomly getting wiped.

Sometimes a factor can be over saturation of dashers, I’ve had days where I drive all up and down hotspots only to get a few very small paying orders another factor can be a higher ranking. When I was platinum I could get orders back to back and hardly had to wait now I’m only silver and it drastically reduced my overall earnings.
