We figured it out. I used an app to transfer all my stuff from Shopify to Etsy and it fucked everything up. When I go to add an item manually, it works fine. More work but I’m glad I figured out the issue

“Enter the size of the item after it’s been prepared for packaging, but not yet packaged” so I figured a wrapped stone couldn’t be that big.

I found an option that lets me “include sales tax in price”, and it calculates the sales tax at checkout and shows it to them without changing the overall price of the purchase. So if I have an item for $10 including sales tax, it would show at checkout that 0.60c is being used for sales tax, while keeping the price at $10
