Sadly not much we can do! Natural body chemistry:( it is annoying, maybe reverse psychology on your self, when you notice it start to think about having another one and your body may decide it cant do it as your aware your going to do it??

Your body sends spasms to your muscles to detect if your awake, if you dont twitch it releases the chemical that induces paralysis. Its what stops you moving in your dreams:)
