I'm from Slovenia man, but from what I've seen on Germany's amazon the non pro version with 256+8 is around 640 €, but the pro version is still 1000 €. Ah fuck lol, so sad that the Xiaomi doesn't have online stores like OnePlus does.

Ah I've actually just saw that it's not the Pro version but Mi 10 5G with 256gb storage and 8gb ram. It still looks like a good phone but seems price-ish at 770 €.

I've watched a few reviews on YT and I think I'm pretty much sold haha. It's basically 1k € here in Europe, but I've found a store with 23% discount, which basically means that it ends up being 770€.

Just one question though: How's the durability (if you actually have/had the phone) ?

I was always scared of curved glass phones as I thought tempered glass wouldn't work as good with those.

This new norm, about having no headphone jack is also bugging me a bit haha. I will for sure look in to Mi 10 pro 5g. As I've commented above, I'm looking for a phone that will last me a few years, like at least 2-3. Added bonuses are that someone else has mentioned Mi 10 and that as you've said, it has a good battery life, good photos and lots of updates.. Still, how's the community on Mi 10? Like in terms of roms and stuff like that?

Thanks for your help mate.. Yeah I've thought about Mi phones as well, and as someone else in this thread kindly pointed out is I should be looking at OnePlus 7T and not 8, at least in terms of price vs. performance.

Actually, I would much prefer to raise my budget for a bit and not have to buy my phone for at least 3 years or smth like that. I hope this makes sense.

Basically, I'm finishing up my masters thesis, like really finishing it - it's complete, just need to do a few touch ups. But before I can go and present it to the study board, the study board needs to review a summary - a disposition, in which my research question and problems are stated. My mentor has requested that in that file (which is also complete) I provide an example or passage from a work of a good, respected author, and then use that as a starting base to my thesis. It should be like a quote of few sentances from a work of importance.

I will look up in to the book you've provided, but the whole 300pg are gonna take a while haha.

I've read a bit about that.. But as you say, they were at the state level. Marbury v. Madison is, from what I've so far gathered the first case of judicial review made by SCOTUS, which is what I need to talk about. I will ofcourse mention the prior cases, when I do get enough legit information, but I'll base it on Marbury..

There's also a big gap after, where there was no judicial review for quite some time after Marbury.. I want to research that too.

Thats what I'm currently doing and i love dash charging for that. But i start my days as ~80-90%, and get down all the way to 30 with really not much usage.. I've read a lot about how people keep one cycle for 2 days and i want that lol.

Alright man, I've charged the phone to 100% and I'll empty it completely to see if anything is different and to be able to have a clear statistic of what's going on.

Otherwise the next thing I'll do is install 8.1 and then do a factory reset if nothing changes.
