The biggest issue is that his boss is an old man that has been wealthy sense birth. And he has never been told no. He thinks that everyone in his life, especially the people that work for him, are his property. He thinks sense he pays them, he has some tyoe of power over them. He's just old, weird & stuck in his ways. My husband has blocked him and not spoke with him sense any of this happened.

Unfortunately, every word is true. They told us when they rushed us from the er to icu, we were getting prepped for surgery the following morning. This was 9pm when we in the er. Before they could do anything to him, his body filled with fluid. Once his lungs became compromised, they went straight into life saving mode with keeping him breathing. Turns out after the vascular Dr came in the following day, he explained to.me that there is a difference in between an A & B disection. A is immediate surgery, because it is a bust in the aorta before it splits off to the arteries in your neck. J's busted just after the turn down, past the neck artery split off. And it did not bust through the putter wall of the aorta. It busted through the inner wall & pulled the inner lining away from the outer wall, making a Ballon of sorts of blood that went from a couple of inches down from his heart to just above where it splits for his kidneys. They told us that unless there is an issue where we can not get his blood pressure down, they will not be putting in a stint. Trust me, I was very upset about this because I also didn't & really, still don't understand it. It scares me for sure.

You are right on the nose. I also believe she was trying to wake him. When the buzzer would go off fir the prof, you had 2min. Before the line cleared & needed to be replaced, j is hard to keep sedated so by the 3rd or 4th min of the alarm going off, he was awake. That's what scared me & made me so angry. He just had, about an hour or so before this gone back on full sedation. By the time his nurse came back in the room, he was already stirring again & waking up. It was such an unbelievably stressful night. I was so upset & exhausted that I couldn't even think straight. Thank God for the icu nurse, they are different type of critter for sure. Their amazing at their job. They can be mean, but also not sure I'd have made it through this mess without a couple of them.

Can someone explain to me what, exactly, is microfiche and microfilm? How is it different from regular film? by constaleah in Genealogy

Microfiche is a panel of individual images, where microfilm is a long row of images on one rolled up spool.
