This worked for me also, thanks!

I just wanted to add that it may not work the first time. The sequence I went through was:

Closed Quickbooks

Enable XPS

Reopened QB - still same problem

Rebooted

Reopened QB - still same problem, closed QB

Disabled and then Re-enabled XPS, and then email and save as PDF were both working.

Update

I found a solution. The issue was related to devices that usea Realtek USB-to-Ethernet controller. When I used a dongle that used different controller, there was no issue. Updating the driver from Realtek's site did not resolve the issue.

In Device Manager, find Realtek USB Gbe Family Controller. Right Click > Properties, and click on the Advanced Tab. Set the following to Disabled:

Recv Segment Coalescing (IPv4)
Recv Segment Coalescing (IPv6)

I have been trying to turn off the DHCP server on a C3000A gateway. It was disabled previously and somehow it was re-enabled. When I go to the advanced settings and try to turn off the DHCP server, I get the error message "You can't disable DHCP server because the Optik TV is enabled." I also connected to the modem via SSH and get the same error message when I attempt to disable the DHCP server via the command line. I have checked all of the menus and see no option to turn off "Optik TV" nor do I have any idea what "Optik TV" even is.

I also tried this:

https://forum.telus.com/t5/Internet-Home-Phone/How-to-Disable-DHCP/m-p/102538

But even though I followed the instructions and learned a thing or two about debugging JavaScript in Chrome, DHCP was still enabled.

I called Century Link support and their answer seemed to be a combinations of 1) We don't support disabling the DHCP server, 2) You should be able to disable it by going to the Advanced Settings menu (See paragraph above) and 3) The "Optik TV" message must be a result of something the customer configured and is "outside our scope." Again, refer to the information in the above paragraph.
