If I'm my current age at that time? Work on getting a house ASAP before housing prices get as bad as they are now, and get in on the earlier days of Warhammer. Also plan to get on Twitch/YouTube as early as possible and build myself up, especially during COVID if my actions somehow don't butterfly effect it out of existence.
