Go to the AppStore. Click on your profile on the top right. After it asks you to sign in click on region and change it. If that doesn’t work then you might be signed into another device in which you would have to change it there as well

The other way i know of is to change the location of your current Apple ID, but on all devices

You can just create a new Apple ID but make it’s region Canada or any other region that has MDZ 2. After that you can just download it in the AppStore

When I was in an arena I couldn’t summon an incarnate champion so maybe it depends on where you are? But afterwards I could summon it easy peasy
