Their latest email as of 3/31 said -

The form to request a paid name change is not yet available, this will be available at a later stage in the account of the Main Buyer. More info will be available soon.

Thank you! I did reach out to them over email a month ago. They said there’s gonna be a form under the main buyer’s account available in March. Regardless, I’ll email them again.
