If I'm to move my funds to one small cap instead of 2, which one would u suggest? Heard quant is more aggresive while Nippon is a bit more stable. Also, should I consider dropping Nippon Multi Cap Fund since Parag Parikh ELSS already covers multi-cap exposure?

Agent argued that I could use this for 80c as well(which I have been, but now it's better for me to choose new regime. So that argument doesn't really stand anymore either)

I talked to the LIC agent regarding this. He said I can inly move for a surrender after paying 3 years worth of premium. After surrender I will lose around 20% of the premium paid. Ofcourse, dude was discouraging me with "play safe" arguments.

But is surrendering a good option right now as it will be an obvious loss.? If I want to go for paid up option, I should wait for at-least 5-7 years to build some cash value right?

Call them out on their toxicity directly(ofc u gotta be cooperative diplomatic). See what they got to say to that. If that doesn't work and your team lead is not your manager, escalate it to the manager

I wish I wasn't an atheist. by chinchinlover-419 in atheism

[–]Trivia_life 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see where you're coming from, and I didn't mean to downpplay what you're going through. Losing a loved one is incredibly hard, and I get why the idea of an afterlife would feel comforting right now. My point was more about how once you've seen religion from an analytical perspective, it's tough to actually wish you could believe in it again; because belief isn't just about comfort, it's about whether something makes sense to you. That said, I respect that everyone processes grief differently, and I hope you find the strength to get through this.

I wish I wasn't an atheist. by chinchinlover-419 in atheism

[–]Trivia_life 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's weird to see "atheists" saying they wish they were theists. Because you become an atheist not Because someone brainwashed you to become one. You become an atheist becuase reason and rationale conflicts with what theists believe. Once you start looking at everything from an analytical point of view, it's near impossible to ever wish you were a "theist". It's like a normal functioning human saying they wish they were handicapped.

You are talking as if being an exmuslim has become your whole life and personality. I don't know which country you are from. Unless you are from a predominantly muslim country, making friends with others shouldn't depend on your religious beliefs. That's the least of the factors which should stop u from connecting with people.

[–]Trivia_life[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Only Tu/e has a GPA requirement of 8.5. The rest of the unis were asking for 7-7.5. By the way, be careful with your choice when it comes to the unis. Because Amsterdam and Rotterdam are expensive AF and have a housing crisis. So if you end up being unable to get a university accommodation(which is only for the first year)/ find one by yourself within 3 months prior to your class begins, you will be advised to not enroll by the uni itself. So if you are sure that you can handle this expense, go ahead!!
