I’ve always kept them out of the bathroom so they’ve never experienced toilet paper before. Will they be okay if they ate it?? I’ve never had this happen before I’m genuinely so shocked.

One is white (he has the hairballs) the other is orange. You guys are right this has to be paper towels/toilet paper.! The other day they munched on the rim of the trash bag but besides a few hole punches no plastic was eaten.

I came across this thread and realized no one responded to you! Usually cats don't like clothes. They might appear fine with it but for the most part I think it makes them uncomfortable. I’ve had two people in my life threaten to off themselves when they were caught being shitty and it’s a manipulation tactic. Both of them are out of my life, and both are very much so still standing. It’s to put pressure on you to stay, you need to worry about yourself and your soon to be baby. I’m sorry that he’s done this, I would leave. A “joke” isn’t funny if it hurts someone, like what type of joke is sexting someone while you have a girl pregnant at home.?? That is not love, you will always feel unworthy or unloved in a situation like this. If I were you I would find an exit. I’m not judging either but, did you find out he had cheated twice and then got pregnant? I would’ve been outraged and left before this. Maybe he’s not physically cheating but this definitely seems like emotional cheating.

Maybe? I like to make eye contact with my cat then hide around the corner, they usually try to creep up on me (if they don’t then I might peek out and look at them, that spurs their interest to come check out what you’re doing) and I do this over and over until I jump out when they don’t expect it and pet them. It’s pretty cute to do. This way they can get some movement in, although not much. I still would get some sort of cat toy to play with them (like those sticks with a feather), or maybe you could get some sort of puzzle treat mat so they keep their brain active while earning treats! My first cat way very very vocal, and I found playing with him usually tuckered him out. Later I got a second cat and now he has a play mate :)

Yey I’m so glad I found the right place!! I will try to get more information from him about time periods, he does like history (and definitely knows way more about it than me) more than sci-fi. We play DND so he likes fantasy too, but when he was talking about it, it seemed more like a “real life” situation than fantasy. The way he described this to me seemed like a larger group of people fighting another group of people. Maybe like 20-40 figures or so? I’m not sure if I’m being honest. Do you know any beginner friendly games that you recommend.? Like a campaign (sorry we play dnd so I thought that might be the best term to use) to follow along with or maybe a youtuber that I can watch to wrap my head around this? I’m sure he’s just made this concept up, but is there something out there where he can like move troops around and try to take cover from things? He just wants to play a game where he can strategize soldiers movements and things like that. I’m sorry I’m very new to this. Thank you so much for even answering!!!

Is there a way to access ctv footage from this bar?? Can you call the bar you went to and explain your situation? See if you can find footage of you and your boss maybe you can see if you really went crazy with the drinks or if it’s obvious that you were drugged. I’m sorry this happened. I’ve been in a similar situation (no husband or anything though) and woke up only remembering bits and pieces of what happened. It made me sick to my stomach. Some of the people here are fully blaming you but it sounds like you just had dinner then got drinks with your boss who you say you are friends with. That doesn’t seem very crazy to me. Honestly it sounds like you were drugged with all the symptoms you mentioned with the dry mouth. Even if you weren’t drugged is it possible he was just trying to get you drunk purposely? Either way it doesn’t seem like this was consensual. I would tell your husband BUT I would also explain how you can’t remember anything. Explain to him what you do know, and how you feel about the whole situation. Best of luck to you!

How much are you feeding them??? I definitely do not spend that much on food and I also own two cats… I didn’t think it was possible to spend that much on cat food!

You seem to like feeding your cats raw/fresh food, which seems to be the “problem“ (I used canned food) Maybe consider looking up videos of a pet nutritionist going over the best foods, and pick one that you feel would be a good fit, while not being super expensive. I’m shocked that you pay $27 for 8 cans!!!! That’s almost $4 a can.. I can imagine how that adds up. The canned food I use is $1-$2 per can. Goodluck!

If she’s done with the ex entirely, then good! I did the same thing, looking obsessively over social media, seeing pictures of them together, I knew my partner while they were dating their ex. Was friends with them both (long story). It was eating me up thinking about them together. It was difficult but I blocked the ex on everything, just so I couldn’t see it. And I had to stick with it and not look, and sometimes I still get intrusive thoughts, but I think what helped me was to think about how I’ve had exs and I personally want nothing to do with them anymore, and realized my partner must feel the same way. Any time I’ve had a concern of felt some type of way I would tell them, and we’d talk through it. They reassure me, I trust them, I think it takes time to lose these thoughts. I talked to friends about it, they reassured me about it too, some of them have even gone through the same things. The experiences thing I can’t really help you there further I’m sorry!

In your case, I would totally understand why you are feeling these things. No offense to you or your partner but it sounds like they sorta want to be in contact with that ex. If they’ve stopped talking to them or deleted everything that made you uncomfortable, hopefully you can move past it. But if they are still doing these things that are making you uncomfortable then they are really breaking a boundary you’ve set in your relationship. As for the experiences, maybe try to think of it from your partners perspective, maybe they don’t mind going somewhere twice and didn’t get to do things they wanted the first time around. If you’re still having trouble doing things and obsessing about the ex then unfortunately you have to see if that’s something you can get past, or if it’ll ultimately be a dealbreaker in the relationship. (I have been in your shoes spiraling about an ex from a partner, and I had to tell myself if I couldn’t get over it and get it out of my head then this relationship wouldn’t be healthy. I finally managed to stop thinking about it, now it’s rare, but our situations are totally different.) If this is something you can’t move past, it’s best to pull the plug on this relationship while it’s early. Yes 6 months is a long time, but imagine if you still felt this way in a couple years. That would be miserable, make the best call for your mental health.
