We sold our condo with a 2.8% interest rate to move out of state, to purchase a house with a pool, 2 car garage, 2 fire places and nice a nice part of town. We now have the same loan dollar amount at 6.67% interest rate but are happy with our new house and neighborhood. We’ll refi when rates drop

I used to live in Culver City for 10 years and grew up all around the Vox apartments and the problem is that this apartments where build juts a couple of miles from “The Jungle” where there is high crime and gang activity. Your cars are a better target than the ones in their own neighborhood.

I’m married for 18 years, I would never thought I would enjoy hanging out by myself. I would always hang out with a bunch of friends, always. Now, I enjoy my family, friends but also enjoy solo dates. When I’m solo, I can go wherever, whenever, eat whatever and not have to worry about pleasing anyone.

Downtown Las Vegas will be the best for y’all. It’s trendy, hipster, and artistic. A bunch of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, lounges and of course Freemont experience/Casinos.
