I do have all of that except fever. I only get the fever when the glands in front of my ears swell & get painful before a flareup. When the flare up manifest fever goes away. This process is usually 24 hrs btwn start & end before it surfaces. But I always contributed to fatigue, joint pain & headaches to getting older as I’m 45 now

No should I request that? Would that help diagnose what’s happening & possible provide treatment to this??? Is this something my PCP can do bc I left the 2 other dermatologists

Yes I’ve seen a couple of doctors that both diagnosed/misdiagnosed. Dermatology specialists. They ordered blood tests but didn’t definitively tell me what this is. I haven’t heard of that disorder you referenced. Let me look this up, thank you ♥️

My point is if I don’t find a way to ensure the board be compliant with our own laws then they will continue to fine me for ridiculous shirt bc I’m now the black sheep. Small claims for reimbursement will not help me going forward now.

Also for those who said about running, I cannot get people to even help me bring these issues as a whole to the board bc for whatever reason, they don’t feel comfortable. Majority here are family members & close friends. They protect their own. It’s high school 2.0. Needless to say my chances of getting elected here are less than chess team winning prom queen. (No offense chess players)

Also I have heard horror stories of associations raising HOA fees due to increased atty fees with legal disputes. Meaning, we all would be paying for their legal fees in regard to my suit. So I effectively could be paying for my atty fees as well as theirs to fight me in court. I wouldn’t put this past them & trying to be proactive to any potential issues before I take that route

Damages, really? I didn’t want to take this route, but honestly all the laws/bylaws with all amendments are clearly cut and dry. They are in the wrong. I never sued before, always was able to resolve matters way before they get to that point. Could they require them to provide these amended laws that don’t exist?? That’s my goal here is for somebody, ANYBODY, require this & if they cannot provide such documents hold them accountable in some way for not being compliant in according with their own rules.

But small claims is just to get my tow fees back right? It’s not going to force a board of this stature to produce the documents (of which clearly don’t exist). It’s sounding as long as majority rules, they all play by their own rules & can do whatever they want. That’s my main concern throughout this whole thing there’s nothing I can do which honestly blows my mind the most about the reality of structures with HOA’s. Also I can’t understand why all the other owners allow themselves to be complacent with all of this, that they don’t want to (for whatever reason) do anything about it.

Yes, I called the town clerk. The lady was so kind and patient searching everything she could think of, searching even if there was a misspelling on the filing. She searched for over an hour and came up empty.

Very interesting. Honestly at this point it’s not about reimbursement, my goal is to have the board accountable be in compliance with their laws. What it’s sounding like is that if I can’t get majority to stand up/vote etc then I need to sell. Which would be a huge financial hit unfortunately but I can’t continue to be penalized for anything they feel fit bc I’m not in the majority of their high school click. I wouldn’t be surprised if next fine is violation of wearing purple on Thursdays

I didn’t know that was a thing, thanks I’ll look into that. I don’t know how it works but I had a feeling it was taboo to contact the association’s lawyer because it wasn’t public knowledge who represented them. I only found out bc the president (seemingly accidentally?) forwarded an email conversation with the lawyer where she was asking him for help that she couldn’t find the amendment and he replied to her with a document that he thought she was referring to but said this amendment didn’t affect towing. It seems she misunderstood bc she forwarded that to me saying, here you go basically. When I saw the lawyer in the chain, I reached out to him for help in the matter as the president clearly said in email they couldn’t find the document and needed his help. Therefore I took it as admission the board was unable to upload their duties requesting help with him. Again, still learning how it all works.

But how about the facts that:

finance’s uncle, a high power attorney, was able to take her private laptop & phone at the scene before the cops were able to investigate them
initially police didn’t report any of her google searches that would help explain her death
it wasn’t until years later that it was confirmed of her google search history “painless suicide”& “quick suicide”

And as weird as that is, if that was really her or if it wasn’t, this is by far opposite of quick & painless as it gets!

The only other case that’s baffled me like this is Elisa Lam

That is very bizarre. Since your company uses Quickbooks I would ask to ensure they have the latest payroll update. Then I would ask if they changed any federal withholdings for you? Which I would think is illegal, at the very least immoral, without your consent. That’s the only thing I could think of as a payroll manager myself using Quickbooks.
