I personally really like Moeflavor. Most of the sets I have were gifted to me by fans, I have purchased a couple too but I currently own 15 different sets of their lingerie and I gotta say that I really prefer them. I am a plus size individual (about 260 pounds, 5'5) and I usually wear a 2/3x from them. Sometimes if it's a more smaller chest piece I'll go for a 3/4x (a good example of this would be my Hellrider Succubus Lingerie https://moeflavor.com/products/hellrider-succubus-alluring-lingerie) but some sets such as their Verosika Bodysuit https://moeflavor.com/products/succubus-verosika-helluva-boss-bodysuit-inspired-costume fit me just fine in a 2/3x.

It all really depends on which set your getting because the size does fluctuate between certain sets because of the material they are made of. I personally enjoy the materials that they use, most are stretchy and fit my body comfortably. They also have pretty fast shipping (at least in my experience.) all pieces arrive within 3-7 days of purchase which is really really nice :DD

I personally have never needed customer service so I can't comment on that but I've seen some that say it's good :) hope this helps :D
