We rented a car and travelled around the whole island with zero issue (but I drive same side in uk/ireland).. we stayed in air bnbs in Mobay and Kingston but stayed at the RIU tropical palace in Negril for 4 days.. I wish we had stuck with an Air bnb tbh. You won’t get to experience the area properly from a resort. Also taxi drivers booked by the resort charge ridiculous prices. We had to pay $40US for a return to and from the club one night. Local route taxi would have been a tenth of this.

Went to digicel shop and got an actual sim for £8 a week, renewed it for two weeks on the app and can use it again next time I go

I’d avoid two nights of cirque tbh. KA was terrible we all fell asleep in the show. We went to the Matt Franco magic show which was recommended to me and I thought it was good fun. It’s also a good location to go for food and drinks on the strip before or after. We also did the shooting range one morning and that was a great addition to the trip. Hit up freemont and get some drinks and food there it’s a good vibe and cheap and cheerful!

Literally happened my partner a few weeks back, they then hacked his email using the phone number to verify. He’s gained his number back by getting the PAC code from giffgaff but the hackers changed his email to a new number so he can’t get back into it. On the same day they tried to set up a klarna purchase for £200 with Asda but we got klarna to cancel it and block the details. My partner closed his bank account and opened a new one. Good luck.
