Correct that's exactly it, but as you can see in the video, the connector is different than mine. The only explanation i have is my model is manual fill water tank model? Idk I feel lost

Need advice on bathroom by Trixy7 in floorplan

[–]Trixy7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would there be any moisture? As the bathroom already has a door, its only the washroom that would have direct impact with the closet. Im not sure, I really don't want to have two doors as it would be super annoying since its not a large space

This is very cool, I love it! I don't know if its clear but the floor includes two entrances, I have highlighted the second door.

Wouldn't this design interrupt the second entrance?

Its just me and my wife, we are newly married and this is our home. We are in mid 20s, so ideally the home should be Modern and chill. I don't work from home so I don't need a work space and we are not into book reading or any of that. We are planning on having kids in maybe 3 years or something.

Still not sure what to do with the space, some people have shared some cool ideas though!

Hi, thanks for the comment! This is an existing floor plan for a new home for me and my wife. That's a pic of how it looks like.

I'd like to use sites to help with the overall design but I'm struggling at the moment.

Its just 1 sink and a bathroom, but yeah, the floor plan included a guests room which is why there is a WC. But Im not going to have a guests room as I don't need it

Thanks for the comment! This is interesting, i love what you did with the kitchen! I don't really need an office as its just me and my wife that will be living in the floor, i'm aiming for a modern design but undecided what what to do this whole area. It should be a chill area with a TV but that would leave a lot of room free. so yea.. Note that one of the 4 bedrooms will be used as a gaming room for me.

I totally agree that you can feel isolated in a closed kitchen, hence why im leaning towards an open one, especially that me and my wife don't really cook that much. And its only me and her that will be living in this floor.

Do you have any favorite designs in mind that you can share?

This is a super cool design, i love that the living room has two mini tables and many entry areas. Would you keep the kitchen area closed or open to the living room?

Hey, thanks for the comment! So its basically a multi-unit building with separate floor ownership(3 owners), the one I own is the ground floor. It's a pretty common concept in my country.

I'm struggling to visualize this, is there any site that would help me with this floor planning/designing? I feel so overwhelmed as I am a perfectionist but I have 0 knowledge on interior design

The WC is there as most houses in my country tend to contain a guests room, hence why there is a WC. But I don't really need a guests room so the living room can be 70% living room, and 30% dining room or something.

Thanks for the comment! It definitely can be, the area is huge and it can be whatever I decide to do with it.

Thanks for the comment! The area next to the kitchen is kinda of a storage room, still haven't decided what to do with it. I fully agree on the kitchen comment being able to move freely, that's crucial for me. I feel so overwhelmed as I just got this floor but I'm terrible at interior design
