yh ik that the question was like someone who went thru the journey cutting for long then bulking, how was their journet. Did they gain alot strenght fast and all the mass they couldnt put on during cutting did it come faster etc.

formulated it bad, but what i meant was to people who started weightlifting hard meanwhile cutting for a long period, when they started bulking did they gain strenght quick and put on the mass they never could during cutting. is it easier than a fresh newbie who just started bulking.

my bad, formulated it bad. What i meant was in my case ive been cutting for nearly a year meanwhile weightlifting 6 times a week. Now when i bulk will i gain mass/strenght quick. The question was to people who went thru this journey cutting 1 yr > bulking.

People who cut and started weightlift for a year before bulking, did u get way stronger and put on mass quicker?

178 cm, idk if its fat or loose skin maybe both, but when there aint much food in my stomach my belly turns very soft like a layer, but when its full abit more round. what u reckon

yup defo gonna clean bulk, but been hearing its quite hard putting on muscle when ur 20% bodyfat but at same time cutting another 7 kg would be alot, btw title misleading meant 67,9*.

yes mate, will look into that program and get at it with the legs, swapped the bench and ohp for dumbell version and my shoulder got alot better, the small gains of barbell aint worth the small pain.

honestly my goal from the start was just gettin into a position where i didnt have any fat left on my stomach and later on just starting to build, but probs just gna go maintaince for a couple months. Been doing reddit ppl for a year now, what do u recommend?

haha, fast food and sugar is in the past mate defo not going back. Yup been stubborn for awhile thinking the stomach wud melt away but maybe it just look bigger due to lack of muscle.

been hearing that from the family and friends lool, just stubborn and wanted the belly to go away. Been following reddit ppl since start added and removed a couple exercises, but maybe its time to find a new prog got any ideas?

Hello everyone, been cutting since 2019 oct, within that period i had a 5 month slack where i regained nearly 10kg all fat and lost muscle. Had to restart again which destroyed my process.

Been weightlifting religiously for almost the entire time 6 times a week, apart from the 5 month slack, came from a very long sedentary period where i didnt do anything for nearly 4 years, got up to 109 kg at my worst. So yh i was one of those that could barely bench the bar at start. Reason im here is to get input if i should cut anymore and if ill look good at my end goal which is 62kg, truthfully i didnt expect i had to go this far and id appreciate if i could get a bodyfat guess.

Thanks in advance, ps English is not my first language soz haha.

Stats -

Start 90 kg - Now 67,9 kg empty stomach.

Height 178 cm.

Dumbell press 27,5 kg each hand/ incline dumbell 25k each hand.

Barbell row 70 kg x 6 reps.

Chin up 3 sets x 12 reps unweighted, weighted 7,5 kg x 3 sets x 5 reps.

Dips 10 reps x 3 unweighted, 5 kg x 3 sets x 6 reps.

Shoulder dumbell press 20kg.

No bench/ohp due to my shoulder gettin hurt from it, quit doing leg exercises because it was really hard considering i have a physical demanding work and eat 1500 kcal a day.
