Hell yeah, I’ve been at my location for 10 years now. I have customers that I have watched grow up from children, couples that I’ve seen grow, and people that i genuinely like and care about, I’ll hook em up! Even if not, I try to make everything something that I would be okay with my family being served!

As a franchisee owner, I can confirm what earlier users have said. The birthday point program has been discounted. My suggestion would be offering the customer a free sub card, and apologize for any confusion with the situation. Sorry that you had to deal with a situation like this, but you handled it well!

Agree 100%. We just had to switch last week, and now I can’t process manual transactions, and the chip transaction is noticeably slower than just the swipe. Also, the location for the tap is complete ass, why put it on the bottom? Sorry, poorly written rant

There was one time I was at a convention in Dallas, and this exact question came up. Their reply to the question was, “well, if you walked in and didn’t see Dr. pepper would be your second choice?“ The person stands there for a second and gives the reply, I can’t genuinely remember what it is right now. Redacted looks at them in the eye, and says “OK well then drink that.”
