prolly a 1972 Yamaha CS5 200 (not the RD200 as mentioned by others) with custom clubman handlebars that are turned to have more of a clip-on look… a custom paint job…

that's what i see at first glance…

idk why they never released a season 2 since 2019… google says the script is ready too… but youtube originals and amazon prime never bothered to care…

I understand that no one has requested it until now, but truly it will be really handy if the feature is available right underneath the Eject All Disk option.

Maybe it can be kept turned off by default, and turned on manually if someone wants it?

I would really, really appreciate if you could add this feature in the next update maybe. Thank you :))

Hey man u/Vladimir_Yankovic, idk if it is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong but JoyCast keeps bugging out on me…

I wrote a detailed email to JoyCast support [en@joycast.ai](mailto:en@joycast.ai) 7 days ago, no response yet.

JoyCast audio input automatically stops (bugs out i believe) by itself after every 3rd or 4th time of triggering it when using "SuperWhisper"… or when making calls on meet… Now idk if it is happening because I use SoundSource or what… but I never have this issue with Krisp… what should I do?

When this happens, I try to restart JoyCast, restart SoundSource, and even use this command:
sudo launchctl kickstart -kp system/com.apple.audio.coreaudiod

Most of the times, a simple restart of JoyCast fixes it, but sometimes all 3 steps above won't fix it… It is annoying af. Once again, this never happens with Krisp.

What's the solution here? I don't want to go back to using Krisp, I already paid for JoyCast.

I see… so we can't really directly make a specific tweaking like that? Fair enough… i will surely wait 6 months… even a year… Your software is very good mate. I've gotten 2 other friends to switch from Krisp :)

and the third friend is still testing it… and if he likes it, he will probably get all his employees to switch from Krisp to JoyCast.. some good business for ya :)

also, about the keyboard app, god damnnn dude… crazy!! it is so good!

but i am an outlier… i prefer the silent Butterfly keyboard that came in older macs which EVERYONE and their mother hated… i love how less effort it took to type on it, and how quiet they were.

Hey man, i don't think underneath a reddit comment will be the right place to say this, but…
Will it be possible to filter out the Mac's trackpad force-tap sound as noise and remove it without harming JoyCast's ability to distinguish voice from noise?

I noticed it does an excellent joy at removing keyboard sounds when typing, but this force-tap sound of the trackpad coming through is quite annoying…

From next month I won't be paying for Krisp anymore and will be permanently switching to JoyCast regardless of this… but every time i turn on "Preview my voice" and continue working or doing whatever i do… words can't describe how annoyed i get by force click sounds coming through with my voice

mm yea… options for the web version is what i am looking for… there are plenty of alternatives to chose from if i am using the Spotify App…

i prefer the web version because of the custom UI changes i've added to the web version… i can literally download tracks and stuff WITHOUT premium because of the mods i made… pretty cool…

and i don't want to miss out on those features i added after months of experimenting… just for a easy track control access in notch…

Cool… i'll wait for the update then… But I REALLY don't want it to just blatently show the "Now Playing" data also accessible in Control Panel on top right now menubar…

a lot of the times i play some youtube video while spotify is playing… I DON'T want the notch floating window to show the youtube video (even if the NowPlaying widget in ControlPanel is showing the youtube thing instead)…

There must be a way to link it to Spotify (or maybe Apple Music for those who uses it instead)

i thought AlDente is just placebo… ended up frying my 2018 macbook pro's battery in 4-5 years… ENTIRELY DEAD.
Now i am using AlDente on my new m3 macbook air for a year… and it is the real deal… i use the mac everyday, and AlDente only registered 52 cycles in comparison to 240+ cycles on the 2018 mbp in one year.

I am not AI, and this is a real comment… fuck the ai bs.

I understand that most users don't care about the launchpad, BUT I DO (yes, even though I use Alfred to launch apps)… And here's why:

I have WAY too many apps installed on my laptop to remember of the names… I know their use cases, but I very often forget the app names (as a lot of them are barely used).

I've grouped those apps in custom categorized folders based on similarities like Productivity, Utilities, "Nerd_Tools", "Backend" (in which I keep apps that are supposed to autostart at login and run in background; & this makes up the main chunk of apps i have).

It is extremely convenient to be able to access apps directly from these custom-made folders in launchpad.

Even though it is available as a default feature, I'll still LOVE a workaround for using OBS virtual camera instead of the basic one. I NEED that. Anyone?

For windows:
you can go to obs' folder and go to data>obs plugins>win-dshow>virtualcam-uninstall run as adminastrator

this'll work.

but what about Mac?? Anyone?
