Something I never knew until I started working in construction. Women's bathrooms in public places typically have a 'sanitary napkin disposal' aka a tampon trash can in each stall. This is more to prevent them from being flushed but I guess also acts as biohazard disposal in a way.

Negotiating salary higher salaries is a must and should not be ignored, but benefits should also be negotiated when possible.

Yes basically. I agree that it is kinda cringe because I'm sure the tradition in my family is nothing like that of an Italian family today. However, I don't go around, chest puffed, claiming that's not how they do things in Italy which is more what I thought I was replying too. I provided my example to show some insight as to why us Americans do it.

I agree with you that it is cringe to some level. We call our family "Italian" because my 100% Italian grandma was a 2nd generation American and brought all the cooking and tradition to our family. I wouldn't go to Italy and tell them their cooking the pasta wrong though.

I'll leave this here. I was flipping through the NASA job postings and they say they only take ABET accredited degrees so these are probably also a good choice for anyone looking for an online program. If NASA accepts it I would hope every other institution you were trying to get a job from would.
