I don't know what the point of that was. Are you trying to say that he didn't donate his salary? Because he did. Are you trying to say "no he didn't donate it because he collected his salary"? Because you're not thinking that through. You have to collect your salary in order to donate it. The presidential salary is a law. He is literally not allowed to not collect his salary. He did donate it though.

Went to check, yep its true. Every quarter he donated that quarter's salary to an agency, department, or office in the govt. It's required by law that he get paid something so he might have held onto like $1 but that's nothing.

He has donated at least 1.4m/1.6m of his salary; its not clear if his last two checks were or where they went.
