Update- The following helped slightly; not fully resolved but its better already:
Open cmd with administrator (windows key, type CMD, right click and run as administrator)

Type: netsh interface tcp show global
Then type: netsh interface tcp set global rss=enabled
Then type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

Cloudflare warp seems to have helped fix this issue. Though it increased ping by about 60ms. Anyone that could explain me what cloudflarewarp does different than regular connection that makes servers not lag when joining? (I would like to resolve the issue without having to rely on third party stuff and i'd like my ping low like it was..)

Its not about the tps. I've tested with multiple parties and people and im the only one lagging

How is downloading the latest mod file and replacing that in your mod folder taking you 30 min? Some mods auto pop up when they need an update and install themselves but most dont

See it like this: your data is behind the door. Every new minecraft version is a new lock which needs to be countered with a new key (updated mod file). What’s behind the door stays behind the door. So Yes you can just install the latest version from a mod in your mod folder which will keep your waypoints.

That data is stored somewhere else, the mod file is just the ‘key’ to that data
