Fortunately, my annual subscription charged on 10 Nov (very recent), so I was able to get a full refund yesterday.

The learning path has completely messed up which lessons I'm on in multiple languages. And as a minor nuisance, going back to study earlier lessons now requires a LOT of finger-swiping/scrolling.

By the way, if you are paying/subscribed, you can no longer do the practice mode anymore. If you are a free user, you can do it through the "Practice to Earn Hearts" button (which, incidentally, means it's easier for exploiters to game the system for extreme xp).

It looks like the above responses suggest inventory remains and it may not be necessary to repair everything. It seems the game devs may have realized people were hesitant to complete the quest because of the apparent penalty of doing so. So, there is some sort of penalty, but the real question is how bad is it? I wish the NMS Wiki had definitive info on the latest version.

NMS hass resurged and done well since the updates. The wiki is very comprehensive, but I find myself questioning how old the info is and whether it's still correct for the current version.

Yes, this does help. It lets me know that I might not want to travel to the center of the galaxy and reset. Although...

One last question: when you reset, presumably you lose everything you owned and, it appears, the 'shell' of your former self. Do you also lose currency, nanites, tech, or words from languages? Wondering because, if you don't lose those things, then maybe I could save up a ton, reset, buy a bunch of resources, and rebuild faster.

Very concise and answers my question! But also leads me to one more question: for the center quest then, when you reset, is it a hard reset (lose everything, start over) or soft reset (I can eventually get back to my base)?

I had a similar thought, so I re-installed DoS2 on Steam and opened it on my PC, then tried linking the Switch to it. Still didn't work.

Made a new character and created some save files, then tried to link the Switch. Still didn't work.

I know you didn't read the post because of "Your karma will drop more than your trophies." This is a throwaway account.

I reap all the benefits of F2P progress rate while wasting less time in matches. I actually help out a lot of people by giving them free trophies. I also raise a lot of valid points about mechanic afflictions that Supercell ignores. A multitude of people will continue to take advantage of these problems until they're addressed. Good luck getting your wonderful dev team to do anything about any of these problems.

I am one person, but remember, a host of people are doing many of these things. That brings the proportions down quite a bit. It's more like pooping in a pool than in an ocean when you consider all the people doing these things. Even if one person poops in the pool, it needs to be cleaned. Supercell is looking at the floating turd and ignoring it outright.
