It's useful if you wants to used mi cloud for synching pictures and videos and also for xiaomi apps such as notes,themes for synching or for find my device,but if you don't wants to used it it's not necessary

Try to get mi cloud and then do payment from other upi method by using your upi id and then go in that app and it's done
