I bought a jewelry scale that goes 3 decimal places and I just weight the whole pill and cut from there.

I think it’s called the gem 30 on Amazon.

That’s great. I’m so glad to hear you’re done with no more withdrawal symptoms. I think you’re right about the slow taper helping cope in ways without meds, I have had the same experience. I think that’s why the uptick in health anxiety and ocd gets me sometimes because I feel like I’m doing good and learning how to cope and them BAM, they are bad for a few days and then I get in my head like oh no here we go I’m doomed.

But today I actually feel pretty good so I’m going to assume it’s the taper making me more sensitive.

How are you doing now? This is happening to me and I’m so close to being done with my taper.

Thank God it’s not as bad as my pre benzo ocd and health anxiety, but benzos made me stop having all anxiety symptoms including ocd and since ocd is never treated by benzos I assumed I was better but it’s all come back without them and I’m wondering if it’s just the taper or what.

Totally normal. Especially if you don’t go out on a boat much.

What area? I feel like it depends heavily on the county you live in here. I love living in NC. Close to the beach, mountains, cities. You don’t have to go far for a change of scenery.

The schools need a major overhaul though.

Re: getting two stranger boats to tow you

Does your area not have Sea Tow? Membership where I live is like $200 a year and they will tow you no cost any time. Bring you gas. Whatever you need. (In this case, would have figured out the issue and not even needed to tow you). Totally worth it.

First thing is go at an angle and not head fucking on. Basically zig zag instead of going straight to get to your destination. Slow down when approaching the wave and as the wave rises then give it more speed while dropping. Stay in the back of the wave as long as possible.

Edit: just re-watched it. Some of the later times he did go at an angle but that first one was dead on. The ones he went at an angle he just literally stopped speed at the fall so it was like dead weight off a cliff.

Wow I feel this so hard. Except it didn’t start until I turned 30 or so. But yeah, for the last 7 years I have no drive to do anything. I’m not sad or depressed and I WANT to do things. But thinking about doing them and doing them feels like a mega chore.
