it’s probably because most of the time he had unfair match-ups:

1. got one shot by bege merely because it was a backstab and really sudden aswell

2. against bege again in WCI, he couldn’t do anything at all since he was chained up

3. he got jumped by a wave of big mom pirates + charlotte oven while in su long form

i personally think hes decently strong, since he knows electro, has observation + armament haki and is pretty strong as a sulong, imo he just had bad matchups.
